A wholesome product with a sweet, intense and typically Mediterranean flavour. This strawberry jelly, made from sweet strawberries from the Itria Valley, will win you over with its irresistible texture. Perfect as an ingredient in cakes, tarts or cheesecakes. The use of almonds is characteristic of the culinary tradition of Puglia, as they are a typical nut of this region.
OUR JELLIES are a range of products that can be used for similar purposes to honey, whilst possessing different properties. This product, obtained by pressing fresh fruit and removing its solid parts, has a ‘HONEY-LIKE’ texture that is not too thick, making it ideal for serving with fresh dairy products and mature cheeses, sweetening low-fat yoghurt and herbal teas, or for enhancing your desserts.

Abbiamo conosciuto questa masseria e i suoi meravigliosi prodotti la scorsa estate durante le vacanze e quindi abbiamo fatto un ordine per avere i prodotti anche a casa. Qualità e freschezza dei prodotti lavorati 'come una volta' questo quello che ci fa certamente consigliare la masseria Calongo. Super top le melanzane e il paté di zucchine!
