					<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Our fig and almond jam (80% fruit) is made with fresh fruit harvested from our farm. On the day of harvest, the figs are washed and the stalks and bases are removed with a knife so that they can then be cut into pieces. Thanks to their natural sweetness, very little sugar is added during cooking, along with almonds for crunchiness and lemon juice.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The result is a delicious and versatile product.</p>
