Bring the authentic flavour of Puglia to your table with Masseria Calongo’s Cardoncelli Mushrooms in Oil. This artisanal product is made from fresh, carefully selected mushrooms, harvested, cleaned and prepared by hand in the traditional way. The result is a high-quality product with a unique flavour and a meaty texture, preserved in our own extra virgin olive oil.

This fruit nectar is made using apricots from our orchards in the heart of the Itria Valley. After being picked by hand, they are sorted and halved to remove the stones. During cooking, a very small amount of sugar and lemon juice is added to act as a preservative.

This fruit juice is made without the addition of preservatives or artificial colourings, bringing to the table a healthy, wholesome product with a rich, fresh fruit flavour. Its robust character and deep orange colour are the result of the warm Apulian climate.

The lampascione is a bulb rich in minerals that grows to a depth of around 15–20 cm underground. Similar to a small onion but with a slightly bitter taste, it requires a production process lasting around 10 days to make it sweeter and more palatable. Cleaning it requires careful, expert hands, which use a small knife to remove the outer layers of the bulb one by one, before blanching them in water and vinegar. They are then ground with the addition of extra virgin olive oil, and the pâté is placed in jars, ready to be enjoyed.

The result? A sweet, spreadable product whose flavour will remind you of our beloved Puglia.
