					<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">This jam (containing over 70% fruit) is made using quinces from our orchards in the heart of the Itria Valley. After being picked by hand, the quinces are sorted and reduced to a pulp. During cooking, a very small amount of sugar and lemon juice – which acts as a preservative – is added.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This extra-grade jam is made without the addition of preservatives or artificial colourings, bringing to your table a healthy, authentic product with a rich, fresh-fruit flavour. Its robust flavour and deep orange colour are the result of the warm Apulian climate.</p>
