Shipments in Italy and worldwide
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: the cost is calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on the destination and contents of the order. It is not possible to provide a standard quote in advance. To receive a personalised quote, you must register an account on the website and save your shopping cart with the desired products.
Once these steps have been completed, our team will be able to assess the shipment and provide you with the exact cost.
ITALY: Orders received are shipped within 24/48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday). During peak seasons or promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer than indicated.
Italy shipping costs:
- Advance payment of the order (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal) for orders under €65.00: amount varies according to weight.
- Cash on delivery surcharge due to handling costs: +3.5% of the total (minimum charge €6.50)
- Shipping is free for orders over €65.00.
- The cash on delivery surcharge applies to all orders, regardless of the amount.
Delivery Times
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: It is not possible to provide a standard or advance estimate of delivery times.
ITALY: Delivery usually takes place within 3-4 working days from the processing of the order. Any delays in delivery may be caused by service disruptions on the part of the courier, force majeure or public holidays. If you have not received your goods within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), please contact Masseria Calongo customer service at [email protected].
For cash on delivery orders, we usually contact the customer and request further confirmation of the order before proceeding with shipment: only after this telephone contact can the order be shipped (this is why it is important to enter a correct telephone number at the time of purchase).
Delays in Delivery Times
We continue to do our utmost to process all orders as efficiently as possible, but during busy periods such as Black Friday and the festive season, there may be delays in deliveries.
During these periods of high demand, couriers may take a few extra days to deliver parcels. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Products purchased on Masseria Calongo are shipped via express courier within Italy.
A parcel tracking service is available at the time of shipment. Parcel tracking is communicated to the customer directly by the courier, starting from the departure of the shipment, through two channels:
