Ideal as an accompaniment to main courses, it can also be used to add extra flavour to green and rice salads. For the more adventurous, it can be used in delicious recipes such as spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and sun-dried tomatoes, or as a filling for sandwiches.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For this product, our company grows long tomatoes organically in open fields from April to May. This ensures that the fruit reaches perfect ripeness during the hottest months (July and August), which are ideal for drying.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hand-picked, they are washed and, only after careful selection, the best tomatoes are chosen, cut up and placed on drying racks. After being salted, they need 5\u20136 days of plenty of sunshine to complete the drying process.
