Sun-dried courgettes, 220g
€7,00Add to cartOur courgettes are planted in open fields in April and harvested by hand in June and July. On the very day they are harvested, they are sorted, washed, sliced and laid out on drying racks, before being salted and left in the sun for 4–5 days. The salt and the natural heat of the summer sun allow for a slow, natural drying process. Once perfectly dried, they are washed again with water and vinegar and placed in jars with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chilli. This process requires an intensive week’s work, and from 10 kg of fresh courgettes, we obtain around 500–600 g of dried product.

Sun-dried tomatoes, 230g
€6,00Add to cartFor this product, our company grows long tomatoes organically in open fields from April to May. This ensures that the fruit reaches perfect ripeness during the hottest months (July and August), which are ideal for drying.
Hand-picked, they are washed and, only after careful selection, the best tomatoes are chosen, cut up and placed on drying racks. After being salted, they need 5–6 days of plenty of sunshine to complete the drying process. Washed with water and vinegar to partially remove the salt, they are placed in jars to which we add our extra virgin olive oil.
This process requires an intense week’s work, and from 10 kg of fresh tomatoes, we obtain approximately 1 kg of dried product.
