Cash on Delivery

This payment method is available only for orders under €500 (including VAT). Upon delivery, you must have the exact amount of the order, as stated in the dispatch confirmation email, ready in cash (cheques are not accepted); the courier cannot give change and does not accept cheques. For any refunds, you must provide a bank account number. This payment method incurs an additional charge of 3.5% of the total order amount, with a minimum of €6.50.

Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards

Stripe is a solution that allows us to integrate various payment methods into our e-commerce website: a secure external platform for online payments that enables us to process payments via debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Visa Electron credit cards; prepaid credit cards; eligible Maestro debit cards; and Poste Pay. The amount will be charged to the card when the order is placed. Payment is processed via the secure servers of our partners Stripe and PayPal.

This payment method incurs no additional charges and is always free for the customer; you can make the payment using your card even if you are not registered with PayPal or Stripe. 

PayPal allows you to shop online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be debited once the order is complete. To set up a new PayPal account so you don’t have to enter your details every time, visit paypal.com.

Within 3 working days, we will receive confirmation of your payment from the bank and dispatch your order. Your order will not be dispatched until the funds have been credited to our bank account.

Please note: if we do not receive confirmation of payment by bank transfer within 7 working days, the order will automatically be cancelled due to non-payment.
