HOW TO APPLY THE PROMOTIONAL CODE IN YOUR SHOPPING BASKET

Of course. Simply indicate the delivery address for the goods (including overseas) before confirming your order and specify in the NOTES that it is a gift. The goods will then be accompanied by a card, and no commercial invoice will be enclosed. You can indicate the text for the card in the order notes.

There is no minimum order requirement. Shipping costs are always calculated based on the weight of the goods ordered. Please refer to the relevant section for pricing information.

Of course, to make things easier for you, only in Italy and the smaller islands with a minimum order of €65 will free shipping be applied.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, goods are delivered throughout Italy within 2-3 working days of order confirmation. Delivery times may be longer during certain periods such as Christmas, Easter and summer holidays, therefore normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed during these periods.

HOW TO APPLY THE PROMOTIONAL CODE IN THE PAYMENT FORM
Advance bank transfer: You will receive the bank details for the transfer in the order confirmation email.
Cash on delivery: with commission.
PayPal: through which you can pay with your credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.

This is an additional cost of 6,50 €, which the courier requires for the cash on delivery service and will be added to the shipping costs if you choose to pay on delivery. If shipping is free, cash on delivery charges will still be charged for the service requested.

Unfortunately, no. The courier is NOT authorised to accept cheques of any kind, whether bank cheques or cashier’s cheques. Payment can only be made in cash.

Unfortunately, no. All shipments are made by express courier, which delivers throughout the day according to its own organisational logic, and our company has no power to intervene. We therefore ask you to provide an address where someone is always available to collect the parcel.

Of course. Please specify this in the order notes and indicate the company name, VAT number and tax code, together with the SDI or PEC code for sending the electronic invoice.
