Our fig and almond jam (80% fruit) is made with fresh fruit harvested from our farm. On the day of harvest, the figs are washed and the stalks and bases are removed with a knife so that they can then be cut into pieces. Thanks to their natural sweetness, very little sugar is added during cooking, along with almonds for crunchiness and lemon juice.

The result is a delicious and versatile product.
