Apulian-style turnip greens, 220g
€6,50Add to cartTurnip greens are one of the most characteristic vegetables of Puglia and are often associated with orecchiette, one of the region’s best-known dishes. Sown in open fields in early autumn, they can be harvested from late November to early April (depending on the temperature and the variety). They must be harvested by hand, as a small knife is used to cut the tenderest tops whilst allowing the smaller ones to continue growing; this process is repeated several times throughout the plant’s life cycle. After harvesting, they are washed, blanched and carefully placed by hand into jars with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chilli.
Simply delicious!

Artichoke wedges in extra virgin olive oil, 1500g
€34,00Add to cartThe Violetto variety of artichokes, typical of Puglia, are grown in open fields and the harvest can last several months, from late November to April. Our experience has taught us that the first harvest is the finest and most prized, which is why we use the largest and most succulent artichokes in our oil-preserved products. Within a few hours of harvesting, they are trimmed by hand with a small knife to remove the outer leaves, cut into wedges and arranged by hand in jars with extra virgin olive oil.
The end result is a crisp, succulent artichoke, packed with health benefits, which can be enjoyed all year round and tastes just like a freshly picked vegetable.
