    Per la realizzazione di questo prodotto, come tutte le nostre composte a base di cipolla rossa BIOLOGICA, rispettiamo un ciclo naturale di crescita che dura circa nove mesi. La cipolla viene piantata in campo aperto nei mesi invernali di Ottobre e Novembre e successivamente raccolta nei mesi di Giugno o Luglio. I processi di coltivazione sono eseguiti rigorosamente a mano così come la raccolta, la selezione e la pulizia. Il prodotto finito oltre ad essere dolce, squisito, facilmente digeribile e altamente benefico per il nostro corpo, ci ripaga di tutti i nostri sforzi in maniera eccellente!

    La dolcezza della mela e la croccantezza della cipolla sono due qualità che rendono unica la gustosità del prodotto. Il processo produttivo artigianale preserva le qualità organolettiche della materia prima, permettendovi di distinguere tutti i sapori mentre la gusterete.

    In questa particolare versione viene utilizzato vino rosso e aceto balsamico per acidificare il prodotto, nulla di più semplice. La maestria sta nel trovare il giusto equilibrio fra dolcezza, sapidità e acidità, sapori che il nostro Chef ha saputo armonizzare offrendovi un prodotto diverso da tutti gli altri sul mercato!
    Ah, quasi sfuggiva di ricordare che è la nostra cipolla a fare la differenza!

    The oranges are peeled one by one, cut into cubes and cooked with the onion to preserve the different textures of the ingredients. We believe that these two ingredients, flavoured with a pinch of chilli to enhance their flavour, make the perfect compote to serve with your platters and impress your guests.

    To stay true to our region, we simply had to use two of Puglia’s most iconic herbs: thyme and rosemary. Combined with onion, these two ingredients give this product the fragrances, aromas and flavours typical of Mediterranean cuisine. It will feel just like being back on holiday in Puglia!

The skill lies in finding the right balance between sweetness, savouriness and acidity, flavours that our Chef has been able to harmonise, offering you a product unlike any other on the market! Ah, I almost forgot to mention that it is our onion that makes the difference!
