OUR JELLIES are a range of products that can be used for similar purposes to honey, whilst possessing different properties. This product, obtained by pressing fresh fruit and removing its solid parts, has a ‘HONEY-LIKE’ texture that is not too thick, making it ideal for serving with fresh dairy products and mature cheeses, sweetening low-fat yoghurt and herbal teas, or for enhancing your desserts.
The strictly ITALIAN oranges lend the jelly a bold, fresh intensity on the palate, enhanced by a pleasantly tart aftertaste, to which is added the crunch of walnuts that enrich its texture.
This delicacy is complemented by caramelised orange peel and the crunch of walnuts, which, as well as enriching the texture, lend it fragrance and rustic charm. When you taste it, you will be swept away by an explosion of flavours in a single spoonful.

Abbiamo conosciuto questa masseria e i suoi meravigliosi prodotti la scorsa estate durante le vacanze e quindi abbiamo fatto un ordine per avere i prodotti anche a casa. Qualità e freschezza dei prodotti lavorati 'come una volta' questo quello che ci fa certamente consigliare la masseria Calongo. Super top le melanzane e il paté di zucchine!
